we thoroughly enjoyed a nice size room with a view and very efficient staff.

Didn't like the area, it was absolutely disgusting.

The restaurant staff were fantastic too. The hotel is well located for bus travelers, with a convenient bus to the ski lift. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's small spa with a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was super complete and energizing.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Moreover, parking was onsite. Nostrum with coffee & goodies is 400 feet walk away.

The room was very nice. Plus, dinner and breakfast were really good.

Although the reception area seemed a bit dated, it did not detract from the overall experience. The staff, while not overly friendly, provided adequate service.

The room was quite large. There was a couch and the big TV with a German program (ZDF) was also nice.

Good location, clean and large room

Unfortunately, we received a different answer to our questions each time. One should get up early for breakfast if one wants to avoid a queue for the table.

The hotel offers private parking. The freshly cooked breakfast served includes really fresh food.- There is a quaint coffee house at the hotel.- The double room comes with a walk-in shower.

The location was very good, close walk to shops, breakfast was ok.

This is far from a 5 star hotel. more like 3 star. There are no limited staff. No one porters. Rooms were poorly cleaned. No cups washed or coffee or tea renewed. Spa area is old and dirty.

We did a last minute booking with an excellent rate. Excellent rooms, well located for a city trip. Wifi worked pretty well in our room, but may not be the case for all.

Room was a bit too hot, although heating system was suppossedly off.

I had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel in Andorra. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the bed in my room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski holiday in Andorra.

Pleasant location just a stroll down the road (and up the steep hill) to reach the shopping extravaganza. Smart hint: take the elevator in nearby parking garage - it takes you right up to Place de Ville, so no 'climbing'. Internet available and of somewhat good speed. Breakfast variety is enough to fill an empty stomach. Fantastic - during a heavy thunderstorm the lights went out in Andorra but the hotel's generator kicked in immediately leaving us being pretty much the only hotel as far as we could see which had power.

I was gobsmacked - the ancient logo of a Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza right above the main entrance (I believe this brand was phased out about 15 years ago). I can see (and hear) renovations going on but its only happening during daytime when I am out anyway (good, no disturbance). However - rooms (although spacious, clean), corridors (like form a Harry Potter movie) and public areas (nowhere near newer / renovated Crowne Plazas) have seen way better times. And Internet is only available in rooms just above the lobby. Keep this in mind when asking for a room with wifi but take into account that you are just above the very narrow main street.
